BRC Program

The Business Reply Card program we offer is a fax or mail back program that allows practitioners to receive samples upon request. inTouch has a scannable Request for Product form online with unique identifiers. After scanning each request, the data is sent to the designated fulfillment center and the tracking number is then fed back to inTouch. An AOD form is faxed to the practitioner to confirm receipt of the sample products.

Data captured and tracked for BRC programs:

  • Practitioner Name
  • Practitioner State License Number and Expiration Date
  • Practitioner Designation
  • Practitioner Address
  • Practitioner Phone and Fax Number
  • Product Request
  • Practitioner Signature and Date
